One of the best places to experience Copenhagen from
Borgergade puts you in Indre By, the old heart of the city, on the edge of Nyboder and its rows of yellow houses. Almost everything people come to Copenhagen for is a walk away rather than a journey, so you can step out of the door in the morning and be somewhere worth seeing in ten minutes.

The metro at Marmorkirken puts the rest of the city and the airport within easy reach. It also keeps the Elsinore pre-tour simple: we meet at the hotel in the morning and go to Copenhagen Central Station together.

Coming for a pre-tour?
The link is set up for the nights of the main programme, 14 to 17 May. If you are joining Pre-tour 1 on 12 May or Pre-tour 2 on 13 May you will need one or two extra nights before that. Change the dates on the hotel's page when you book. If it will not let you, email oliverwanghansen@gmail.com and we will sort it out with the hotel.
What is not included
To be completely clear about what your ticket buys: General Admission covers the Euromeeting programme itself and the catering that goes with it. It does not include your room, your flights or any other travel to and from Copenhagen, airport transfers, or travel insurance. Those are yours to book and pay for, and they are not part of the amount you transfer to us.
You pay the hotel directly for your room. The only money that comes to us is the ticket price on your booking, and your place is confirmed once that transfer reaches our account. The booking terms explain how that works.
